[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The Yves Saint Laurent "Libre Vanille Couture" is a gorgeous vanilla gourmand fragrance with hints of lavender, amber and a delicious vanilla that ties it all together. I can tell that this fragrance will smell different from person to person. It truly warms up on the skin and for me, it pulled heavy on the French lavender and vanille that made it the perfect evening fragrance. It is not your typical gourmand and to me I find it exotic, intoxicating. The scent stays on you the entire day. Let's not forget the bottle, wrapped in gold reflection it was beautifully done with a YSL touch of luxury.
A golden scent in a beautiful bottle
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] What really attracts me to this perfume is the bottle. It is a beautiful, glowy gold color that really catches the eye. The scent is a lot more floral than I expected, only a hint of vanilla. I really enjoy how the perfume lasts a long time on the skin and clothes, but some of my friends have said it has a "grandma scent". I personally disagree and have also received many compliments wearing it. Ultimately, I do enjoy this scent but I wouldn't necessarily say it smells like vanilla, still very elegant!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is a sweet, boozy, vanilla perfume with a hint of freshness from the lavender and orange blossom notes. 1-2 sprays will last all day on my skin. I think this perfume is best suited for a date night/the winter months as it is a bit on the heavier side. I've gotten compliments every time I wear it.
