Yes, international guests can purchase tickets. Please note: You will be charged in USD and will NOT be able to ship products internationally from the Ulta Beauty-provided shipping station on site.

Event passes to Ulta Beauty World are nonrefundable and nontransferable. One person is admitted per event pass. Resale or transfer of event pass is prohibited. Ulta Beauty reserves the right to deny access to anyone we subject to holding a resold, unauthorized or counterfeit event pass.

You will be emailed your event pass upon completing registration and purchase of your event pass to enter Ulta Beauty World.

Yes. A government-issued ID will be required for access and must match the first and last name on the ticket confirmation. Your ID and the name on your ticket must match to enter Ulta Beauty World.

Yes, this is a cashless event. Afterpay and Affirm are not accepted.

Yes, parking is available for $20 at the Orange County Convention Center. Please note that the OCCC is cashless and accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Play.

YES. The only form of rolling bag that will be permitted on the expo floor is our Ulta Beauty roller bag that will be for sale during registration for $50. All other bags are acceptable as long as they do not have wheels.

Yes, outside water bottles are fine.

Yes! You will have your event wristband on so you are able to leave and come back in.

Yes, there will be a complimentary monitored luggage storage area at Ulta Beauty World from 9:00am-5:30pm on 4-16-26.

Yes! Thanks to our generous brand partners, you will receive a swag bag valued at over $2,000! Our brand partners will also be passing out samples at their booths!

To receive your swag bag, you must be present at the event.

Yes! Attendees can purchase shipping boxes/labels during registration and on-site to ship their products home. Please Note: You will NOT be able to ship products internationally at the Ulta Beauty provided shipping station on site.

While we reserved caregiver tickets to support accessibility needs, they have now been fully claimed. We appreciate your understanding and want to assure you that accessibility has been thoughtfully incorporated into our event planning to help ensure a positive experience for all guests.
