Why the hype?
Not sure what the hype is about this eyeliner. The only good thing about it is that it barely budges, which is also a bad thing because it doesn't blend. It did not apply smoothly and was extremely difficult to apply to my eyelid. Forget about the waterline….impossible. This eyeliner is dry and hard...

Soft and long lasting
I don't find long lasting eyeliners often. Even with a primer, my liner tends to vanish or migrate during the day. This one is easy to apply and stays put until night. I bought it in chocolate and it isn't too harsh even on my fair skin and blue eyes. Really, really like it and will order again in other colors.
The best eyeliner I've ever used
Received this in an ipsy bag in the colors Plum & Stone. It goes on smoothly & lasts all day long. Plum is my favorite color of the two as its very muted & accents my blue eyes.
Dry disappointment
Ordered stone during the 21 days of beauty and gave this a fair shot for several weeks. It's dry and drags along the undereye uncomfortably. Also smudged after about 3 hours, definitely not longwear. Better options out there.

Love it!
Persona's 24 HR Waterproof Eyeliner is one of the best in the market. It is easy to apply, not too creamy and not too dry. It is easy to control and doesn't slip and slide like some other eyeliners. They also last all day until I clear them away with a makeup remover. This is one of the rare eyeliners that I actually have used up since I usually have more than 10 eyeliners in rotation at a time. I got this in Brown and Graphite. The graphite is quite unique to me; it looks a cross between greyish black-brown. Brown is just the good ol' brown (and one I've used up before). Love both colors. So far I've only tried the mattes but would definitely try out their shimmery colors next time.
