Does the mascara smudge down to your Bottom lid even though you only used mascara o. The upper lid?

Best that ive ever tried!!!
I have almost nonexistent lashes. Im 47 yo and have been looking for a good mascara. Ive tried SO many! THIS is the one for me!! Im a thrifty shopper yet im going to spend alot of $$ on this!! It literally makes my look like i have false lashes on ( in a positive way).

My favorite mascara
I love this mascara! It really builds my lashes up. It is comparable to Maybelline Falsies, but high end. I've bought this mascara pretty exclusively since it came out. I have sensitive eyes and it does not bother them.
