DO NOT BUY

I bought this and used it with no issues for 6 months. Then last week it FRIED my hair. My long hair is DONE and still, after washing, smells burnt. Then when I went to turn it back on to try it on a lower setting, it wouldn't heat up. I think the heating coil got overly hot the last time I did my h...

This straightener works really great for me. I used it both for straightening and curling and it does both beautifully! I get better curls than with the traditional CHI straightener that I had before this. I also appreciate the various heat settings and I've had no issues with damage to my hair.

I bought this expensive product that I used once. After 6 months is dead. I came to the store ULTA for guarantee of course they said no. Do not purchase this product you will waste your money.

Hair Type Wavy Hair

I purchased this hair straightener less than a year ago. Up until this last week, I loved it. It heated up quick and smoothed my hair quickly. However, for the price I paid I am so disappointed that it didn't last. I cannot return to Ulta, and Babyliss won't exchange it either. For the price I paid this straightener should last for many years.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
