love it
I don't typically use 2-in-1 base and top coats as my base coat, so I'm mostly reviewing this as a top coat. It applied very smoothly and didn't smudge the polish underneath at all. It dried very quickly and left my manicure very glossy and shiny. I'll definitely be using this as a top coat often!
One problem after another
Based on the other reviews, I may have gotten a lemon, but one attempt was all I needed to never try it again. I used this as a top coat, and the color polish was completely dry before I applied the top coat (I had applied the color the day before). I applied one coat of the top coat and bubbles appeared and it wasn't very shiny after an hour. I decided to apply another coat after that hour. This was at 10:00 in the morning. It was shinier, but there were more bubbles. It was obviously dry when I went to bed, but when I awoke the next morning, all of it was smudged. Chipping started within a few days, which is very unusual for me. I've never encountered a worse top coat.
Good base and top coat
This goes on smooth and seems to dry fast as well. I had no problems with it

The top coat base coat worked fantastic for my nails. I put it to my nails then applied my favorite pink nailtopia color and then applied the base coat again! Omg it looked like I had my nails done with gel! It shined so much and made my manicure look so expensive. I was shocked! Not only that ,my polish lasted a good 6 -7 days with only a little chip here and there. I would definitely recommend! If not only protects your nails, but also provides the ultimate shine. Love it! Highly recommend! Plus it's bio friendly!

I think in my whole nail painting time I've only ever used 2 in 1 base and top coat once and i hated it, it left my manicure sticky ,I wasn't sure if it was just that brand or because that's how it's supposed to be in general so I've just never bothered again but I can confirm now it's not supposed to be sticky because this one from nailtopia isn't like that and I love it ,works good as a base coat my nail polish had no chips after a week and I didn't experience any shrinkage and it made my polish look juicy, I've been using it for my manicure since I've gotten it and I have no complaints about it .
