Why the hype?
Not sure what the hype is about this eyeliner. The only good thing about it is that it barely budges, which is also a bad thing because it doesn't blend. It did not apply smoothly and was extremely difficult to apply to my eyelid. Forget about the waterline….impossible. This eyeliner is dry and hard...

migrated to crease and then disappeared
i got this because so many people said it was great for hooded eyes with oily lids and wouldn't budge. after only a couple of hours it completely migrated to my crease and the color was nearly gone. so disappointing.
Better options out there
Glad I got Graphite (gray) for half off during the 21 Days of Beauty b/c I never would have paid full price for this. This eyeliner is not very pigmented, and you have to press really hard to get anything from it. Not longwear. I only use this on my lower lash line.
An actually waterproof eyeliner
I try almost every waterproof eyeliner, prestige and drugstore brands. All have run or smeared under my eyes or on my eyelids. This was a very pleasant surprise! It lasted all day and didn't budge.
Best eyeliner ever
I stumbled upon these during ULTA 21 days sale. I bought the colors black and graphite. It glides like butter and is so pigmented and yes, it last all day without transferring. It's the smoothest of all the cream eyeliner pencils I have ever used.
Soft and long lasting
I don't find long lasting eyeliners often. Even with a primer, my liner tends to vanish or migrate during the day. This one is easy to apply and stays put until night. I bought it in chocolate and it isn't too harsh even on my fair skin and blue eyes. Really, really like it and will order again in other colors.
