I got this shampoo because I have heard great things about it, I had the voluminous one and I loved it but I did not like how my hair was not soft. This one makes my hair soft while also giving it good volume and smells so good I can smell it on my hair for days!

Makes hair Soft IF you don't have a keratin treatment
I loved the way it felt and I thought I found my shampoo… but I failed to look at the ingredients (which I always do) because it was recommended by my stylist. Well I kept using it and blamed menopause for my frizz… its the sulfate. Too bad. Searching for a new shampoo
Hair loss
I didn't think the reviews about this product causing hair loss were true but somehow I have been experiencing double the amount of hair fall than I was prior to using this product in combination with the conditioner. Its not super noticeable on my head, but the amount of hair that accumulates after each shower in my drain is much more than it was before and I've been using it for 1-2 months. It does make my striaght hair super soft but I cant keep using this
