Hourglass Refuses to Create Deeper Shades
Hourglass does not want to create products that suite deeper skintones. The photoshoot for this product deceptively promotes a product that appears it would be a "finishing, contour, and highlight" (their words) for deeper skin, but in reality it's three shades already existing in their line that do...

Blurring effect
This isn't necessarily a highlight/bronzer or even contour powder because It doesn't have a lot of pigment. Instead, this powder gives a more blurred effect instead. Yes there's a *hint* of bronze but if you don't like an obvious tint and want a more natural makeup look, then use this powder. I swirl my brush on all three shades at first, then go deeper on the darkest shade for a little extra color. Super natural looking.

I thought this would give me a nice overall glow. Instead, there was nothing--no glow, nothing. Returned very disappointed. There are much better finishing powders and for far less money.
Gorgeous
Hourglass has beautiful complexion products that illuminate my almost 40 skin in the loveliest way! I have tried other products and it simply wasn't the same! Its not much or too little glow, its substantial and ever so flattering, the best! Its on the expensive side but the good thing is the products last a long while, which makes it worth it.
Phenomenal Glow
Stunning powders! Easy to use, and glorious pigment. Also, people making political claims are people I'm sure don't who bat an eye to many name brand products made overseas, using child and essentially slave labor (which is the gross majority of clothing and shoe manufactures) or getting their daily coffee in a diaposable cup. Be consistant, at least.
Perfect glow
This pallet is my all time holy grail. I hope they never stop making it. I use it as a bronzer. I take a fluffy brush and run it along all three shades and apply anywhere I want to look a little bronzed. Not only does it give my skin some color the lighter two shades give me the most amazing glow and almost "filtered" look. 10/10 will buy this forever
