I thought you stated you only changed the packaging but I've used Bloom for years and its different. Its too dark now and is softer so I can't get that defined line that I love so much. I will be looking for another brand now. Why not just tell us that the formula changed??

BEST LIP LINER EVER!
I always get asked what lip liner I use and I highly recommend this one. I've been using it for years. Spice seems to go with all my neutrals and mauves. Excellent liner and amazing price.
