Turn Bender on by pressing down on the power button.
To start cycling through patterns, press the power button again until you've reached your desired setting.
There are ten patterns, and Bender will cycle back to the first pattern after you've reached the tenth.
Turn Bender off by pressing down on the power button until the unit turns off.
Bender can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap.

I was torn between this product and another, and decided to go with this one because there was reviews from folks saying it being posable helped lessen their pain significantly. I have a lot of pain because of some genetic issues causing hypermobility and nerve damage, so I was really excited to see if this might help. I unfortunately found that it makes my wrist pain a lot more severe because the slightest shift in pressure makes it bend and it needs to be bent back into shape (stopping the activity) or applying more pressure now bent at a weird angle to stabilize it and constantly readjusting. So, a great product I'm sure but if you're considering purchasing because of it being a good option for weak wrists, folks prone to joint and nerve pain, and other non-normative bodies that make it hard to stabilize or maintain a grip, unfortunately I'd encourage you to try something else.
