- Using the precision spoolie, apply a small amount of gel onto clean, dry brows.
- Brush hairs back and forth to fully cover with product.
- Shape brows with the comb end, then gently press up and out into brows with the brush to set hairs in place for a laminated look.
- Use the Instant Lift Brow Pencil or Ultra-Precision Brow Pencil (both sold separately) to fill in sparse areas as needed.

I love elf products and this did not disappoint. The Brow Laminating Gel was easy to use with 3 applicators to make the brows look perfect. It works too well because my 20 yr old daughter was quick to steal it after a few days and I can't get it back!

So I received the box box for elf brow leavity gel and the instant lift brow pencil. I really love the laminated gel. It does extremely well with keeping my eyebrows in place and it helps with keeping the brow pencil Long lasting on my eyebrows. The blonde is a little bit too light for me but the only thing that I don't like about the brow. Pencil is that it is a little bit chunky, so it's hard to do small brush Strokes with it, but with the brow laminating gel you're able to clean it up and make it look extremely natural and long lasting. E.L.F is on point with these products.
