Bend the spoolie end of the applicator about 45 degrees before dipping into brow products. Brush brows into desired shape in an upward and outward motion. Use the flat end of the applicator to press brows into place until set.

I love the flat side...
I love the flat side of this brush, but the spoolie isn't good. Within 2 weeks of getting this the spoolie came out and won't screw back in (as if the screws are worn out) so even if you put it back in it comes right back out. I bought this tool to apply the eyebrow gel. I use it every day mostly the brush side.

I bought this to use it to apply my eyebrow freeze but it broke after a few months. Honestly you could just use a spoolie.
