Start with clean, brushed brows. Using the Ultra-fine tip pencil, draw the outline of your brow shape. Fill in the gap with light feathered strokes. Comb up following your arch shape using the soft blending brush for a more defined look.
Eye cosmetics in a scratched, infected or irritated eye and scratches from cosmetic eye applicators can lead to eye damage, and in extreme cases, even blindness. If your eye is scratched, stop using all eye cosmetics and go to an ophthalmologist immediately. Never apply this product in a moving vehicle.

Quality not enough quantity
I buy at least one of these a week, I love the brand and the color fits me perfectly but I'm spending at least $50 a month just on eyebrow pencils! It's ridiculous, I love it I just wish it was cheaper or had more in the package. Not sure if I'll be buying much longer.

Least favorite brown pencil I've ever tried and I've tried a ton. I have blonde eyebrows so I bought the "dark blonde" one and it makes my eyebrows look dark brown, not blonde. The pencil itself is too thin. I would not buy again.
I am not sure if I would buy this product again.
It's broken easily. I use it only if I don't have the Pommade that I use every day to define my brows.
L"Oreal brow pencil is the best.
I caught the L"Oreal pencil on sale, so I bought two, it's the best brow pencil out there, I always get comments on my brows, I tried others and nothing compares.
