Sadly, I feel like product quality cleanliness has gone down the drain. I bought this online since I noticed many products in store looked dirty. Sadly, I was not expecting to receive my product dirty. Overall, product is great just can't use.

I bought this cleanser because I have been experiencing dry, flakey skin after using my current cleanser. Unfortunately, the pump is defective and will not dispense any of the cleanser out, after several — and I mean several — pumps. So I had to unscrew the pump to use it. Thankfully, I did not notice any dry flakes after using this to wash my face once. I just wish that the applicator actually worked. I'm wondering if this is in part due to the fact that the texture of this cleanser is quite thick.

We love Aveeno in our house as we have lots of sensitive skin. This has been a fab addition for both my husband and my pre teen daughter. She needs to wash her face more but hates anything that lathers. This is the perfect gently cleanser for her to use that doesn't aggravate her sensitive skin. It smells divine and does a great job cleaning skin. I use it for taking make up off and it's gentle but effective. The handy pump packaging means you get just the right amount and limits waste.

Safe to say I've found my new go to cleanser. The aveeno oat range is perfect for dry sensitive skin. This oat cleanser leaves my face feeling soft and clean.
