Not a good make-up remover
Sadly, this is not a very good make-up remover. It won't even take off regular mascara properly. Additionally, I used the tinted moisturizer and it doesn't completely remove that either. I was hoping this would melt away my mascara as Origins says it will, but it doesn't. I contacted Origins to ge...

Others Are Better
I was very hopeful for this product, but I found it to be kinda mediocre for a bi-phase cleanser. 1. I found that it did not do anything for the sebaceous filaments on my nose (waxy round "plugs" from my nose pores), while other first step oil cleansers are effective at removing them. I ended up using a 3rd step mith a microexfoliant (which I never use) after my 2nd cleanser, and basically ended up irritating my skin. 2. It is terrible for removing eye makeup because it is so irritating. I kept my eyes tightly closed to remove mascara but my eyelids became red and swollen using this anyway. I thought the ingredients sounded so great but I don't think I can use this because of how much it hurts my eyes. It might be OK for some people, so I give it 2 stars.

I was hoping this would melt away my mascara as Origins says it will, but it doesn't. I contacted Origins to get a refund. They will refund but the opened/used product has to be sent back. Additionally, when I went to the website to return, it is asking for the the little freebie gift bag to be returned too. So, rather than go to the trouble to return, I will keep this time but let you all know what a disappointing product this is. It's a lot to spend on an inferior product. And as an added gripe, the text on the bottle is really difficult to read. I would have thought the representative on the chat would have been a little more gracious. Perhaps, a little " sorry to hear this product isn't working out for you. We appreciate your business . . . " I wish I had read the reviews. I hope this helps someone else before they spend their money.
Irritating
I don't have sensitive skin at all, but this oil irritated the skin around my eyes. It was too painful to continue so I quickly washed it off and used my HG oil, which is gentle. I can't say I recommend this because I couldn't even get past the burning to see if it removed my eye makeup.
Silky not oily
This takes off make up for nicely for me. Smells wonder too and not greasy or oily

Disappointed. loved the older version, this one is so so. Did not remove most of my make up which was just mascara and eye shadow. tried twice then used a different product.
