What a disappointment!
For years I used Winky Lux Strobing Balm and loved it! Went on smoothly and people would ask me what I was using. But they have now replaced it with this disaster. It is very dry, doesn't highlight well at all, and the packaging may be cute, but when you are trying to pack for travel it wastes a lot...
