Use spatula provided to scoop a small amount of cleansing balm onto dry hands then gently massage onto your dry face and eyes until makeup is fully dissolved. Add a little water to emulsify the oil and rinse face with lukewarm water.

Ruined my skin barrier
I wanted to love this product but I dont. It ruined my skin barrier and left my face red and itchy. I will have to return. It does have a really nice smell and I loved the original but this did not work for me.

Best Balm
I've tried like 4 different versions of the Clean it Zero Cleansing Balms. I like the original, but this is my favorite. It feels the most gentle, even compared to the "calming" one, which disappointed me. I have sensitive skin, and the suble vanilla fragrance is pleasant without irritating at all
better than cleansing oils IMO!
my friend gifted this to me and she put me on. i feel like this really removes my makeup and honestly you just need to wash the balm off correctly in between your eyelashes/tear duct. i feel like its great and i'm really willing to buy this product again after i finish with it. i think the size is acceptable but i would pay more for a bigger size. i love the mandarin c one as well! it really broke down my waterproof mascara and eyeliner.
Great for double cleansing
I work from home and don't wear make up often, so I usually use this to double cleanse with cleanish skin. It is really hydrating, and my skin feels great afterwards. When I have used it to remove makeup, I have to agree with other reviewers that my brow gel and mascara did not completely dissolve. I end up using a different makeup remover on those areas before using this product, then my face wash. I would definitely recommend this product if you have dry skin.

I never take the time to write reviews but this product wows me so much that I decided to today. It feels great on my skin and takes off 100% of my makeup down to my mascara (which i put a lot of) for a clean bare feeling. This product is great and I highly recommend it.
