I love these sticks! They are the perfect protein boost when on the go, or for long days when nutrition is limited. My fave way is to mix with sugar free lemonade and add some lemon juice for the extra tart delight :)

Contrary to other reviews, I like the taste of this. It is refreshing and light without the chalky consistency of other protein powders. No side effects from it (ie: bloating or upset tummy). It is a little pricey, perhaps due to the individual packaging. While convenient, it would be nice to have an "at home" version with less packaging wastage and perhaps at a lower price point.
