This scrub really works!
I decided to try this scrub to transition from regular deodorant to natural and it helped tremendously. Now that that's done, my main use for it is deodorizing other parts of my body, too. I have some eczema in various places and this just knocks it right out and makes the skin super smooth again. It's gentle, effective, and one of the only bath items I buy over and over and over again. There's three backups in my cabinet, no joke.
Novelty
Nice smell and scrubbing beads give texture, but highly pigmented so I have to make sure to rinse of any residual splash on the shower curtain. I'll use it up but wouldn't purchase again, doesn't feel much different than a standard soap.
Cool Scrub
I'm sure there's some level of detoxification taking place due to the charcoal, but not to the level I hoped. I've been trying to find products to help minimize or eliminate the smell from using natural deodorants. Everything smells good in the moment, but 2-3hrs into my day and I can smell my pits. I appreciate a good scrub though and the underarm skin is smoother/softer, so I continue to use it for that benefit
Removes buildup
I got this product to try and remove the deodorant buildup under my arms. I have to use clinical strength deodorant, and it leaves such a dry film all under my arms that I can't ever seem to get off. I have tried other brands' underarm bars that are charcoal, but they didn't seem to help. But this works everytime! I massage a small amount into my underarms, then let it sit for a minute or two, then rinse and all the buildup is gone and my underarms are so smooth. No irritation, and I think the smell is pleasant.
Great Product
This product really surprised me. As sensitive as my armpits are, I tried it because of the ingredients. Helped clear my hidradenitis suppurativa flares. My armpits are the clearest they've been in years. Clean feeling all around post deodorant use!
