I would buy this like again and again and again and Again
I've been struggling with weakness and having to go to the Nail salon to get my nails done with vitamin stuff and most of the time I'm starting to buy a vitamin nail polish to help my nails get stronger and it was just too expensive to buy stuff. And so I was looking for cheaper options and I tried this and loved it worked amazing for my hair and nails, even though my hair was Was fine!
I don't care for it
It says to mix in coffee or tea but it doesn't dissolve it just lumps. Not a fan. I purchased two pouches and returned one.
I noticed a difference!
My hair grows VERY slowly, and very susceptible to breakage as i use alot of heat. I used 1 bag in about a month and I noticed my hair felt fuller and grew faster, thought it was just placebo but others noticed too! I am on my 3rd bag as it is just part of my daily morning coffee. Tastes great!
Read carefully
Was excited to get this because of flavor and hype but then realized it doesn't say how much or if any collagen in it!? Less than one gram protein. Has a lot of biotin. Lead warning a little scary.
Adds such good flavor to my coffee & matcha!
I've only started using this product recently, but I will definitely be buying more to see how it improves my hair & nails. Loove the taste and the way it enhances my matcha & cold brew! Also, I totally agree with the previous review that Golde's matcha is supreme, they're the perfect match.
