Saturate hair with water, and apply a generous amount of Color + Clenditioner. If applying to entire head of hair, comb from roots to ends to evenly distribute product. If applying to specific areas work through with fingers. Leave on for 3-20 minutes and rinse thoroughly. For maximum intensity, multiple applications may be needed to achieve desired tone. Color + Clenditioner can be applied to dry hair for a bolder color. The longer Color + Clenditioner sits on the hair the more color it will deposit. The lighter and more 'white blonde' the hair is the more true to tone the results from Color + Clenditioner will be. To maintain Color + Clenditioner results, alternate with Clenditioner. Color will start to lighten with each wash when a traditional shampoo is used.

Naturally I have reddish brown hair but I've gone platinum for 5-6 years with growth in between, but I'm going back to my natural but a little darker. Since my cuticle is so blown out the color fades fast. Will this help the color last longer??

I have blonde hair and use mocha latte to make it darker. It has been fading it out green so i have to redye it to cover the green. If i stop dying it will the green wash out with the dye or is the green permanent?
- Asked by Britney
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEOur Color + Clenditioners contain semi-permanent direct dye pigments, which will gradually fade out from the hair. They are not permanent colors. We recommend using a color-fading shampoo to assist with the process! Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I have been using brown shades on my blonde hair for five months and i want to go back to my natural blonde hair. Even though ive been consistently using this dye for so long will it still completely wash out?
- Asked by Brooke
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEOur Color + Clenditioners contain semi-permanent direct dye pigments and will gradually fade out from hair. The amount of time the product will last in hair is dependent on the condition and porosity of the hair, and the intensity of the shade. If your hair is damaged and very processed, you may see a much longer fade out process. For the more stubborn shades, a direct dye remover may be needed. Any time you are doing a drastic color change, it’s best to consult with a salon professional. Was this answer helpful to you
- Q
I have bright red hair. If i put the merlot color over it will it make my hair darker ?
- Asked by Kiki
- Official Answer By Keracolor - BEGreat question! It’s hard to give an exact answer without seeing your hair in person. However, Merlot is one of the darker shades in our line, so it may darken your hair or at least mute the bright red more. Always start with a patch and strand test before applying all over to ensure you’re happy with the results. I hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS
I have been using this brand for about a year now, so I am SO EXCITED this is at Ulta (I just bought some and I'm bummed I didn't see this was on Ulta, missed out on those points...next time though!) I use the Light Pink and I love it so much. It's best to apply it through your hair like a normal ...

Silver Blue Is Not Good
I got this in Silver Blue in the hopes of maintaining my artificial grey, since it fades fast no matter what. First, I expected the bottle to be bigger, since it's supposedly 12 oz. I know there's a volume difference between cylinders and cubes because of the angles but it still feels like a ripoff ...

Pretty good for the prize $
Follow the instructions. No its not supposed to DYE hair. It wont cover greys. It will tone your hair with some color. It will wash out its not permanent. I use it to grow out my natural hair after dying it blonde.
Lavender - Probably not worth it
Hair Type Straight Hair
I cannot speak to the other deeper colors, but I would not recommend the 'Lavender' version. I got my hair done Lavender professionally and as it faded it went to a silvery blue (very similar to the 'silver blue' version of this product). The Lavender deposited zero color in my hair in the first try (it did however stain my shower) so I would not recommend using this as a way to keep up a light color. The only way I could imagine this working in a handful of washes is if you start with truly white hair but at that point just buy a dye instead of a depositing conditioner... If the product weren't as pricey, I would consider trying the 'Purple' version, but I think I will just add dye to my own conditioner when I redo my color. It did feel nice and make my hair very soft, so it works as a conditioner. Just be careful about it getting all over you shower/bathtub.
It works!
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I recently had my naturally dark hair highlighted and the highlights were very light with a tinge of green. I was looking for something to just tone them down a bit. I read a lot of reviews and watched a ton of videos about this product before deciding on it. I purchased the mocha latte color and applied it to dry hair for 10 minutes before shampooing and conditioning with my normal products. It left my highlights visible but slightly darker and not so fake looking. I'll continue to use and recommend this product.

Hair Type Wavy Hair
I have a hair type that takes VERY well to any kind of hair dye I've ever used… EXCEPT this one. Followed directions to a T and I'm left without an ounce of purple in my hair.

Love the subtle tone
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I was using Touchback plus for years to tone down the bronze tones in my brown hair, but they stopped making it. I am not one to try products on a whim, and am very picky. I tried this and was so pleased. I hate the look of dyed hair, and I love that this just gives subtle color over time just like Touchback did. Wear gloves, and just use a squirt at a time. The formula is awesome and doesn't drip. It smells so fresh, and made my hair feel so soft. Excellent product would buy again.i used the Espresso shade on my light-medium bronze brown hair.
