Hello! Religious MR customer since 2017, I use Lusia and have found it quite warm. Will this help tone the reddish (almost brassy) tones? Or should I try the Gloss. A little confused.

- Official Answer By Madison Reed - SyndicationHi, We can recommend using our Luisa Dark Blonde, processing over only the root area for 45min. Then in a new application, we can recommend using our Crema Gloss (over clean dry hair, from roots to ends) to help minimize warmth. We can also recommend using our Perla Color Therapy Mask 1-2 times a week to help maintain more neutral tones. It does apply any color or add any shine to your hair. It's is extremely messy and stains your hands and shower floor. Returns are not acceptable if it's been used

I purchased the purple conditioner in "Perla". The purple color is dark, but there wasn't noticeable toning (for my hair). The price is a bit high for the amount you get. If the bottle wasn't sealed, I would have thought someone used half of the product. One main reason i won't repurchase is the scent and eye sensitivity.

I bought to tone down my blonde highlights because I wanted to brighten up my face with my skin tone. I bought the Castagna hair color to add red tones. It turned my hair the color I wanted it to! I use it every 2 days. I highly recommend this product!
