A Few Pro Tips Before You Color: Your hair doesn't need to be squeaky-clean, but it should definitely be free of heavy styling products. (They can coat the hair and block the color from working to its maximum.) Hair color and activator should be at room temperature before mixing. Love your linens? Feel free to use a darker towel and pillowcase after the first couple of washes to keep them protected from any color transfer. If your hair is chemically straightened, relaxed, or permed, we recommend waiting two weeks to color after your last chemical treatment.

ColorWonder is a temporary demi-permanent hair color and will fade and lighten with shampoo. To speed up this process we suggest using an over-the-counter clarifying shampoo. Clarifying shampoos are designed to help remove product or environmental build-up from the scalp and hair and as a result, takes out color molecules pretty quickly as well - helpful when trying to lighten up the color!Was this answer helpful to you

Came out darker then expected, but after two weeks, faded to the color I hoped to achieve. Blended out my gray, although I do not have very much at this point. This is a good go between for the salon and coloring with the permanent color at home. Did not love the smell though! Hopefully, that can be improved.
