Why isn't there a product inbewteen the 12 and the 28? That seems like a pretty big leap. I used to use the 18 and then that was discontinued so went to 23 and now that's gone too. Love Redken, but this happens EVERY TIME I find a hairspray I love, boo!!

The 28 level of hold is too strong but you've done away with the 23 hold which I've used for years. I've used this brand for many years but I cannot find the 23 control/hold level and 28 is the closest to 23. Please bring back the 23 hold if you've discontinued it.
