Could be great!
Got it! Here's an updated review: I recently tried the Le Monde Gourmand Vanilla Whipped Lotion. The initial scent is delightful, with a rich vanilla aroma. However, the mid dry down had a bit of a chemical smell, which was a letdown. Once it completely dried down, the scent turned into a very faint vanilla. It's a nice lotion, but the scent could use some improvement.
No scent???
I BARELY and I mean BARELY can smell a scent to this. It honesly does not smell like the oil or the perfume. It smells like nothing. It's a fun way to dispense product, but the lotion isn't that hydrating, and for the price….NOT worth it.
Fun, Easy
I really like this product because I think it makes applying lotion a lot easier, and it also acts as a great base for adding on fragrance without having to apply directly to dry skin. My main criticism is that it runs a little bit pricey for what it is.
Skip and by the perfume instead
I love this brand's perfumes; vanilla crème specifically. I thought it would be perfect for layering but it ended up smelling like pickles. I would definitely do some research on vanillia scented body lotions instead to layer.
Ehhh
They really meant lightweight hydration when describing this. It absorbs extremely fast so if that's something youre looking for that will be a plus and it smells lovely. However, for me it felt like I needed to use more and didnt trust whether Id applied enough. Dont think mousse is for me.
