Depending on hair thickness, use a dime-size to a quarter-size amount of product. Apply conditioner to freshly shampooed, wet/damp hair. We started with the leave-in conditioner and then added this as another step. It seems to have helped my daughter's hair stay hydrated and look very healthy. We use it only about once a week because it can weigh it down a bit, but I still think it's worth it overall.
