Emulsify one or two quarter-sized dollops between hands. Press and squeeze into damp hair, from mid-shaft to ends. (Need more? Go for it). Air-dry or diffuse.

This is advertised as a Light Curl Creme, not so much, well for my hair anyways. It does not control frizz, scent is 50/50 and without a base leave in conditioner, it will dry your hair out (I've tried both ways). I have used anywhere from a nickel to a pea sized amount, with and without adding water to thin it more on damp to wet hair, no matter which way it's done, the results are the same, greasy, weighed down, knotted mess. Keep in mind, I brush my hair, I don't do the raking, sectioning, turning head upside down and all that. Always air dry but in my multiple attempts with this curl creme, I did use a diffuser to see if it helped any...it did NOT btw. I have fine, 3B, low density, medium porosity hair, it is always shiny, ringlet curls, soft and never knotted (unless it's windy as heck outside, then that's a different story) and I wash it EVERY SINGLE DAY, sometimes twice a day. I am honestly unsure how BB has so many positive reviews, I have tried a few of their products and they've all been subpar BUT we all have different hair types. Like some people can use drugstore products and have great results (their super lucky and totally envied), others can not, myself being one of them. I'd love to spend less than 20 on a shampoo vs 50 🤣 🤦♀️

I have 2A-2B wavy hair. My waves stay put, though I do get some fizz. I cannot wash my hair daily (it would be brittle and break too easily) and the next day the product does not feel too great on my fingertips, so I usually end up with a braid or pony. The scent is nice, and I do not notice it once it dries, not offensive like other comments mentioned. I would like for BB to have more products for us wavy girls.
