On really humid days, I use this product and haven't had any issues with frizz. I thought the design of the product was very interesting. This product is totally unnecessary to anyone's curl routine and just an added step that's NOT needed. if you are looking for moisture, use a leave in. if you are looking for definition, use an actual curl definer

This stuff is magic. I have wavy/almost curly hair, high density, high porosity. This gave me long beautiful S-shaped waves with great shine. I was worried it would be too heavy, but my hair loved it. No stickiness, no stringiness. I did layer with a gel I know my hair likes for extra hold and it worked really well together. Please never stop making this!

I love this stuff so much!! I have tried so many different products & they just didn't work for me. Some merely left my hair sticky & stringy, with others the curls fell out right away or literally within an hour or so, and some have been so heavy it looked like I'd way over conditioned. I tried both expensive & more budget friendly. I have combo hair, not all of it is textured the same - some parts are only wavy while others are spirals & I even have a small patch underneath that is pretty much straight. I have to actually curl it w a curling or flat iron so it doesn't stand out from the rest of my hair. If a product hold is too loose my wavy hair will fall & not hold up against the curlier sections, but if it's too strong, I can't get the curlier sections to relax enough & lay well w the rest of it (not to mention I don't want plastic hair). This stuff is great though! Somehow it just works like magic! The wavy hair holds its shape & the curlier hair will settle for me to lay right. Best of all, my hair stays soft. Tip: I also mix in a bit of NYM Hair gel for better definition sometimes if I'm going out somewhere, just be aware that the more you use the less volume you'll have. Mousse = more volume, gel = better definition. I get the best results if I diffuse rather than air dry but I just wash my hair & out the product in before I shower, then wrap my hair up in a t shirt. By the time I'm out of the shower & dressed it's had that little bit of time to start drying & for the curls to start setting - perfect! 💋🤌🏻 This stuff is definitely affordable so it's worth giving itm a try!

Purchased this product because the moisturizing items in it has but it also makes scalp flakey. I have tried just but on hair not near scalp. Still makes scalp dry and flakey. It does works to give you nice curly and wavy hair.
