I would not buy this again
Hair Type Wavy Hair
I got a bore bristle brush because my daughter recommended one for smoothing and anti-frizz. I used hers and it was wonderful. This one. The bristles are too short and I still get a lot of static.
Smoothing without Damaging
I have type 3C/4 a hair. This brush allows me to smooth my hair when I'm wearing it curly or when I'm wearing it straight without damaging. The bristles are firm enough to smooth yet soft enough so that they give and don't tear out my hair. Five stars all day long!
Not meant for fine hair
This brush might be better suited for someone with thick hair. Regrettably, it only caused damage to my hair.
Okay Product
For a first boar bristle brush, I do see and feel the benefits. My oily hair doesn't stay mostly on my roots anymore and the middle has more moisture to it. However I agree it doesn't really touch the scalp so I will be trying a new brush.
I love this brush!
This brush makes my hair so soft, and does a great job of distributing oils. I haven't washed my hair in a week and it still looks like day 2 or 3 hair. And its so satisfying and relaxing to use. Also I brush my skin with it which feels amazing. Highly recommend.
