No, I don't think so.
I don't know if the reviews are rigged or what, but this is not a good product. Every time I wore the shadows they didn't last an hour, they creased horrible. I used paint pot MAC, I used P. Louise Base, etc, nothing. I ended up giving it to my daughter to play. Waste of money. I do not recommend. ...

SOOO GOOD
I love jeffree star cosmetics and his pigments are amazing. These id argue are just as good maybe even more pigmented in the shimmer colors. Definitely worth purchasing!
Contains Glitter That Isn't Eye Safe
Very disappointed to find out that 2 of the 6 shadows contain an ingredient the FDA does not consider eye safe. Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) glitter is in Luxuriance and Gem System. After finding this out, will no longer be using these on my eye.
Nice metallics, unfortunately has platstic glitter
I didn't do my research and bought this half off during 21 days of beauty. I'm disappointed that it has plastic glitter, but will use it since I have it. Rich Darling makes a lovely blush with a light hand.
Hello Fallout
The shadows overall were decent, though ND's baby palettes have made me expect more at this price point, but the metallics were very meh. Payoff was initially nice when applied damp or with a finger, but the color faded and flecks ended up under my eyes, even with glitter primer.
