I use a small amout on all my ends. Blow dry and style. Used it a few times love it. I love trying new products. This is a must have. My hair is dark and fine. I have alot of hair but fine. Long hair and i love this stuff. I rarefly leave feedback unless i love the product. I tried Chi it was terrible burned my hair.
