Shake bottle to combine the phases and lightly moisten a cotton pad. Apply the pad to lids and lashes and leave for a few seconds, then wipe off eye makeup. Rinse well.

Why the low ratings??
I have used many, many makeup removers for eyes. This one is fabulous! Melts eye makeup, strip lash glue, long wear liner and lipstick so easily. Its gentle on the eyes. I even use it to clean my lashes! Its Chanel, so its a higher price point. But worth every penny!
caused burns under eyes
i regularly used this eye makeup remover for the last two years. i loved it, it was effective and gentle and removed water proof mascara seamlessly. most recently, i purchased a bottle in January and this reformulation has caused a reaction similar to burns under my eyes. The skin under my lashline down the the tear troughs is red, raw and irritated. I cannot believe how something so simple could create such a reaction on me! never have i had a product do something like this
Fave eye makeup remover
I love this makeup remover. It is pricey for what it is but it works well and is moistuizing.
Formula changed
This was my all-time fav eye makeup remover, but the last bottle I purchased wasn't the same. The formula seems more oily and yes - its making my vision blurry also! I have to rinse my eyes after using. Disappointed to see it appears to have had a forumla change. I will go back to Clinique

This used to be my go to eye makeup remover. I purchased a new one in September and have used it a few times since, and like another person my eyes were blurry after using it. Terrible new formula. Slowly losing a loyal Chanel customer.
