This is THE BEST EYELASH Primer Ever!!
After one try I was hooked! I have been trying other primers and for the past 2 years and I would always end up staying with CLIS booster. When one of my orders came with a mystery gift of a small sample size. I put it on and put my waterproof Lancôme big mr. on. I instantly opened the Ulta app and purchased a full size. I used it with idole, hypnose and flutter and it works fantastically. So its amazingly universal! I did end up ordering the Dior 4D lash line all in waterproof. Now thats a perfect combination. THIS IS SOMETHING I WOULD BE EVEN IF IT WASN'T on sale. Kudos Dior!
Makes any mascara look great
I have been using for a year. Makes any mascara look good. My lashes look longer and thicker. I will not go without. I tried other brands and keep coming back.
Liked the 3.0 better
I liked the older version (3D) a lot better and may return this. My mascara now requires like 15 coats to go on over the primer. I'm not sure what the difference is, but my mascara just doesn't stick as well. It also doesn't hold hold up as well.

I love this mascara so much! I love the volume and length it gives me. It does not clump at all. It comes off really easy! It goes so well after curling your lashes!

Really adds to the mascara game. I felt like it made my lashes so much longer before I even applied mascara. It was also thin and less clumpy than other brands I have tried. I would recommend this
