The Dramatically Different Moisturizing Cream is specially formulated for very dry skin types and, as such, is not oil-free. If you have oilier skin, I would recommend trying the Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. I love the dramatically different lotion+, I use it every day. I have sensitive acne prone skin (even in my 30s) that is pretty dry, but even moreso in the winter months. We regularly have negative temperatures and the heat is on blast for months. During those times of year, I need something seriously thick and moisturizing that doesn't break me out or irritate me and this is it.

I've been using the dramatically moisturizing lotion for years and have really liked it. Since my skin is very dry, I decided to try the cream version. It works great—I feel like it's richer and lasts even longer!
My new favorite facial moisturizer 💜
I been dealing with servely dry skin for the past year that would be so flakey and irritated and I did damage my skin barrier by over exfoliating. Anyways I recently got this moisturizer to give it a shot since theres so many good reviews! When I tell you this moisturizer saved my skin… it saved my skin. My dry flakey skin was gone in a matter of seconds, the irritation also gone! My skin has never felt this soft and looked this good for a long while. This product does go a long way so a couple small dots all across the face will do! I definitely would repurchase this product in the future once I run out. Truly the best!

I have rosacea and am extremely sensitive to products on my face. I have used Clinique products for 30 years ( and they change products and formulas quite ALOT which is frustrating when your very sensitive) however they have kept this moisturizer around for a while now. Makes my skin nice and soft and glowy.. I always purchase extra during sales to make sure that I have plenty of back ups!
