Q
What is the difference between this one and the pro version? Also would you recommend the one inch vs 1.25? thank you
Asked by Kris
Official Answer By The Beachwaver Co - Brand Engage
Hi! Although they both create those gorgeous waves we all love, there are a few key differences when comparing the two. The Pro Line has a professional heat range of 310-450ºF, a 6.5 inch barrel length, a gold infused ceramic tourmaline barrel, and a right/left/GO button feature for rotation control. The S Series has a heat range of 290-410ºF, a 5.5 inch barrel length, a ceramic barrel, and a right/left arrow feature for rotation control. The 1 inch creates classic waves and works great on short to long, fine to thick hair. The 1.25 inch works best on shoulder length to long, medium to thick hair and will give you more voluminous waves. For images of the curls each barrel size creates, please reference the link below. Q
Which S1 model would be better for thick hair?
Asked by beautylover11
Official Answer By The Beachwaver Co - Brand Engage
All S Series barrel sizes work great with thick hair! It really comes down to what kind of curl you are looking for. The S.75 will create defined waves, the S1 will create classic waves and the S1.25 will provide loose, voluminous waves. Years later I would still recommend!

I bought this curling iron about 3 years ago. I still use it multiple times per week and it remains my favorite curling iron. You wouldn't know that it wasn't new, it has held up both performance and look of the wand. I have medium thick, lightly curly extra long hair. I find that the curls last al...

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$$$$- BREAKS AFTER A FEW USES

I received my first beach waver as a gift and loved it. It unfortunately stopped working after a few months! Reached out to Beach waver and they sent me a new one since it was still under warranty, less than a year. My replacement stopped working a few months after I received, again reached out to ...

i got this product as a gift for myself for christmas and i loved it at first, until i actually tried to use it. i have attempted it multiple times when wanting to have my hair curled and it produces a beautiful curl for about an hour, and then it falls right out! i've tried everything but i've talked to multiple people, and i'm not the only one struggling with making the curls last. very disappointed as i was super excited, and spent a generous amount of money.

Kept shutting off during use. nothing special about this rotating iron except more expensive. I also own a much cheaper ceramic rotating curling iron that works just as well. Definitely hype to sound more attractive to justify the price. But that is my opinion

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend

Eacdtly what I was looking for. I have the Chi 1" version and love that too but wanted a smaller Harrell and this one is great. Heats up fast and winds my long hair quickly. The best thing about the short clip is it makes it so much easier to pull long hair through without getting caught up in a long clip after you wind it so yiundont have to leave the ends on the longest causing more damage.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend
