I've tried a ton of eyeliners over the years, but The Egyptian Pen Liner from Julia's Place is a total game changer! The pigment is super rich and intense—it glides on so smoothly with zero tugging. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I own multiple black pen liners so I was excited to be able to try a new one and my first ever item from Juvia's Place. This has a precise, sharp felt tip and a very pigmented color payoff. With the sharpness of it you can easily customize the thickness, style and precision of the line. The packaging is easy to use and lightweight enough to throw in my bag. It glides on quickly, no tugging necessary which always irritates my eyelids. It does not have a strong scent. It's water-resistant and although it did fade a bit after wearing it for a full day, I will continue to use it.
