Tanologist Extra Dark Self Tan Drops

I love these drops but unfortunately doesnt last long. Wish it lasted more than 2 weeks but the bottle isnt big.

Application was fine. I added 12 dros to 1/2 tsp of my usual Cereve body cream. My color would have been more even if I had mixed enough for my whole body at once byt I did one part at a time. Color is not streaky and I can't tell if it's splotchy or not because prockles began about 15 minuets after application and increasingly turned into burning pain. I took several benadry and finally passed out about 3 am. This morning I can see some color but it's mostly red from my very painful skin. You should definitely use protective gloves to apply this because even though I lotioned my hand well before and washed with soap very well after, my palms are very orange. The only ingredient I identified that Could gave caused this is fir as I am able to use st tropez without difficulty.

Firstly I just want to note that I have naturally pale ghostly skin. have no idea why anyone would say this isn't dark enough. I've tried countless tanners and none of them match up to the color this gives. I'm assuming it's user error. Personally I will never use another tanner for my body. How I use this: pour two bottles into and 8oz container (I use an empty sol de janeiro lotion container, but a tree hot lotion container would also work) and fill it near the top with lotion. Preferably a thinner lotion, nothing thick. I use a spatula to thoroughly mix the lotion and tanning drops together and then apply it with latex gloves like I would apply any lotion, making sure to go extra light on dry areas like knees and elbows. I go to bed and wake up very dark but i've noticed it develops to its maximum darkness by the 20 hour mark. Not only is this super dark but it's way less of a hassle than applying a foam product bc you literally just mix it in with lotion and rub it in. I don't apply this on my hands and feet because no matter what I do it always turns out too dark/patchy on those areas so I use bondi sands tanning lotion for hands/feet where tanner tends to cling to. The 8oz mixture lasts me 2-3 tans.

I have used the product every day by mixing 2-4 drops in some Ordinary moisturizer (just smaller than dime-size amount, more than pea-size). Have noticed hardly any difference, if at all? For "extra dark" it doesn't do anything

I love these drops. My only complaint is I can't get as dark as I'd hope and that's using the maximum amount. I've also tried putting it into different moisturizers. I use vinyl gloves to apply and always always moisturize my knees, elbows, etc. heavy handed before applying. It sticks hard if you don't! It does leave a beautiful tone though. I have a chronic illness that leaves me with a palor and it is perfect for evening my colour out so I don't look sick and dying 🤣🤣 the smell isn't offensive putting it on, but the cornchip self tanner smell does hit hard when it really starts developing. You win some you lose some. I love layering this with the btan clear gel tanner.
