I have fine hair. Freeze and Shine states good for coarse hair. Do I interpret that as not a good choice for fine hair? I am looking for a strong hold, toxin-free product. I am 65, my hair is thinning and it is chemically dependent:)

I love the Paul Mitchell Firm Style Freeze and Shine Super Spray. I have used it for years and plan to continue using it. The spray gives my hair the perfect amount of hold without being too stiff. It isn't sticky and washes out very easily. Highly recommend.

I don't know how PM does it, but this is a firm hold with zero stiffness or stickiness. I have thin, straight hair and a light mist of PM Freeze and Shine holds it softly in place all day. I never feel like I have build up from the product.
