Do you notice any broken or chipped pieces? If the plastic piece is fine slowly line up the grooves on the head and device and twist until you hear a click. Im surprised !! This little gadget really does get rid of unwanted fuzz. Ive noticed it shaves off fuzz better than thicker hairs. When I emptied the chamber and saw how much fuzz accumulated, thats when I realized this gadget works. The LED light isnt much help. But, its a nice extra touch if ...

I don't I would buy this product or recommend it to others.
It doesn't get all the hair and the jwaline is worse. Now my face and chin is full of bumps and irritating ingrown hair.

bought 2 of these, one for me, one for my daughter, neither work properly - takes extensive amount of times before any hair gets removed, forget about small patches - very hard to target small area...cute but useless, do not recommend
Works amazingly
It's not painful, I expected it to pinch me but it did. I thought it's a razor but my facial hair is gone from the roots. I wish they have a device like this for body hair. My skin wasn't irritated but I always use micellar water (bioderma) after every time I thread my hair. I also used it after using flawless. This is my first time using a facial hair removal for my beard and chin. I with they had USB charging instead of batteries.
If you want smooth skin, don't buy this.
This is one of those products I wanted to love, and cannot. The shaver buzzes in your hand, which gives the illusion that it actually works-it didnt. Total waste of money for me.
Best Product Ever
This product is great for facial hair on the lip. Gets it out pain free and stays hairless for at least two weeks before needing to use it again!
