FINALLY!

I have shoulder-length, slightly wavy to curly hair. Due to recent illness, I was confined to my bed for days, sometimes weeks, at a time. I also sleep with a CPAP mask, with an elastic strap that goes around the back of my head. I ended up with mats so awful, I would pay someone to comb through my ...

I wasn't impressed..

I bought this brush because of the hype and it didn't live up to the reviews I had read. I have Med-thick hair, more than wavy, it's curly, but not kinky curls (there wasn't an option for that), it's halfway down my back. I tried the brush after my shower with wet hair and I also have used it when...

Remove the bar that holds it together and you have a nice flexible brush that results in a bit less snagging and damage. My fav part about this brush is that it's super easy to keep clean and wash compared to other brushes I've used. It can be a bit unplesant on the scalp due to a lack of those little ball/bead things on the end of bristles but that's just the trade off you get for being deaigned with easy cleaning in mind.

Great brush for thick curly hair

This is my favorite brush to detangle with but it definitely has a learning curve. Start at the bottom and work your way up. I have thick 3c hair and I only use it on conditioned wet hair.

Great hairbrush for 3A hair

Hair Type Very Curly Hair

This is actually the second time I have purchased this brush, as the first one went missing. I have 3A curly hair and this brush goes through my hair without snagging it. It's great when the hair is wet(after using the LOC method) or when it's dry and you just want to tame it a little.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Hair Type Very Curly Hair

I bought this brush because of the hype and it didn't live up to the reviews I had read. I have Med-thick hair, more than wavy, it's curly, but not kinky curls (there wasn't an option for that), it's halfway down my back. I tried the brush after my shower with wet hair and I also have used it when my hair was dry. I was not impressed. The brush flexes too much, it feels cheap. But it also doesn't feel like it goes deep enough through my hair, it doesn't reach my scalp, I would have to divide it into layers and that seems meticulous. I'll be sticking with my wide tooth comb for ease and durability.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend to a friend
