This company has terrible customer service. I wasn't impressed by this dryer despite the multitude of glowing reviews. I found it made my hair much frizzier than my old ionic dryer. It supposedly has "free returns", except in the small print they say they'll deduct shipping and restocking fees. That...

I wanted to love this
I wanted to love this SO bad and was very excited when it came in the mail. I only used it twice because of how loud it is. The second time I used it, I had to put cotton balls in my ears because it was so loud and squeaky. Also, the round brush made my hair frizzy.

I was hesitant to purchase this because of the mixed reviews, but I am so glad I did! I love that it has 3 settings for both heat and speed. I went from sopping wet hair to a perfect blow out in 13 minutes! My hair is normal thickness and about mid waist length. It does not seem heavy to me, but more awkward to hold with the blow out attachment because its so long, but I did get used to it about half way through.
Love it!
I'm not a big hair-styling person but this product is easy to use and has helped me the few times I do my hair. IMO, worth every penny!
