More Floral, Not Unique

Not as gourmand/vanilla as I hoped it would be
I was so excited for this because fresh cream warm cashmere is my favorite scent of all time. But this came off as more floral on my skin. Kind of what you would expect an old, rich aunty to smell like. Floral and a bit powdery with the tiniest lick of sweetness that I could only smell in the top notes but not in the dry down. I was hoping this was going to smell like red velvet or something, and if you are a gourmand/vanilla lover, I suggest sticking to fresh cream warm cashmere.
Floral Gourmand
I expected it to smell something similar to Fresh Cream or Fresh Cream & Warm Cashmere but it is surprisingly different (in a good way). It's also stronger and has better silage and projection than the other Fresh Cream scents. Opens up with a ginger note (but not a spicy ginger) which gives the fragrance a kick in the opening. The ginger fades quickly and then you get this beautiful and unique Lily note combined with vanilla. The Lily is consistant throughout the wear of the fragrance which is what makes this a Floral Gourmand. It is not however a fresh Floral because the chocolate, vanilla and amber warm it up a lot - the dry down is this creamy, warm, slightly sweet vanilla and lily perfection and I love it. My hubby loves it too and when I asked him what is smelled like he said "a unique vanilla," and that is exactly what it is!
Fresh cream? Not necessarily
I'm a fresh cream ride or die so I obviously had to try this new scent from the line. My first impression was that it gives off major floral clean girl vibes with maybe a slight undertone of vanilla. While I think this is still a great scent and will be perfect for the summer, I would not have included it in the fresh cream line. I would still recommend- BUT it is not a gourmand perfume at all. So keep that in mind if you're interested!
Backup bottle worthy
I blind bought this and when i went to my car to smell I immediately bought another bottle. It's absolutely perfect. Mostly floral with a hint of sweetness from the vanilla and chocolate. I love it!
Smells similar to the brand Fresh
This smells amazing soft but slightly swee. Fresh has a fragrance or did have one and this smells very similar. Buy it if your looking for a something skin like but even better
