I have been 20+ year EL customer. I usually purchase aqua brilliance primer for a youthful dewy coverage beneath my makeup. It was out of stock so I tried this. I don't know what it does. It also doesn't seem to be even half full. I'm confused.

I like the primer but practically nothing inside The whole thing was not worth the price, just the packaging and unable to see the quantity with that gold embossed bottle Not worth it at all, barely got anything in it
