ordered and received with the lipstick cap off, the lipstick bullet had marked up the sponge and rattled around all over the inside of the box. contacted ulta and they re-shipped it (i still am required to mail back the first package, which i will do though it will take me some time). i do appreciate their fast reshipment...unfortunately, guess what! the replacement has the same problem! this one is a disaster. i think the Wyn company needed better packaging to keep the lipstick safe during shipping, and lets be honest that ulta needs better shipping (you know i got it in a mailer that looks like it was run over - as usual!) very frustrating experience. i would not recommend this set.
