I really wanted to like this eyeliner. The color is nice but it is thick and smears. It lasted about an hour.
Worst eyeliner ever tried in decades
Shopping in Ulta for improved eyeliner than what I typically buy, I came across Kylie brand & thought I'd give it a try. I liked her Brown shade choice. Found hard way it wasn't a good selection for me - pencil slid on too heavy, even tho i tried to lightly apply & then it wasn't blending in easily with a blending tip from another eyeliner pencil. Once it was on, it stayed, which wasn't an advantage to me. My experience with this pencil was frustrating to get results i was looking for. Sharpening pencil was even worse - whatever material the liner is surrounded by is terrible. Was like sharpening thick wood. My lids kept getting sensation of being "scratched" as if it was created from wood particles if it needed sharpening. Once & done with this Kylie brand

This is by far the worst eyeliner ive ever used. May have liked it during my scene days when i wanted to havw racoon eyes but as an almost 30 year old woman, i nees something cleaner
