Does it remove gel powder nails?

Official Answer By Red Carpet Manicure - Brand Engage
Hello, if you are referring to dip powder nails the answer is yes and this kit includes everything you will need.😊 To safely remove dip powder nails at home, file down the top layer, soak cotton balls in Erase Nail Remover and wrap each nail with foil, and then gently scrape away the softened powder after 10-15 minutes. Was this answer helpful to you

Works Well!

I used this product for the first time 3 days ago and it worked as is should. The instructions were easy to follow but I had also seen a few tutorials on YouTube which simplified the process even more. The kit is a great idea in theory

Kit included foils with cotton squares attached so when adding the acetone made it a wet mess. The foil was then hard to wrap. It would be better to get acetone, cotton balls and foil.

If you use all of the products correctly, it works perfectly. I've been doing my own gel manicures for years. I always use acetone polish remover and foil nail wraps. Easy peasy. Make sure you lightly file the top layer of shine off first, and use 100% pure acetone polish remover. And wrap tightly. And leave on for 10-15 minutes.

Not effective at removing gel

I purchased this kit and followed directions. After removing the top seal, I applied the included Erase to the cotton pad on the foil. The foil does not fold and close easily. After 15 minutes of soaking, the gel still would not come off and I needed to use my drill. The kit is worthless, and it would be cheaper for you to purchase acetone, foil, cotton and a nail file separately, and more effective than this kit. Do not buy this kit! Do not waste your time or money.

I soaked my nails for more than 40 minutes and still had to dry pick the polish off and half of my nails with it. Very disappointing for a kit that advertises easy removal in 10-15 minutes.

Just go to the salon. This was a waste of money. I did it twice and the no chip nail polish is still on my nails. Ugh.
