Ive been on a constant journey of trying to figure out how to clear my skin from acne and dark spots. I've seen great things about the Cetaphil line and figured I'd give them a try when Ulta had a sale a few weeks ago. I purchased this moisturizer and the corresponding cleanser. The first two weeks were fine, however at the start of week two, my face and neck were itchy all over. I'd never had that kind of reaction before. The next day I had little bumps all over my forehead, cheeks, and neck. Maybe my skin was too sensitive. With this being my first time trying Cetaphil, I'm skeptical to try an alternative product from this brand.
The perfect moisturizer
I have VERY sensitive skin and it's so hard to find facial products that are non irritating. Even expensive products that say "for sensitive skin" would still cause dry patches on my face. BUT THIS ONE RIGHT HERE.......HANDS DOWN PERFECT!!! I put it on in the AM and PM; when I wake up, my face is soooooo soft still and not dry at all. I LOVE this product!!!!! My first time buying it and I'm VERY glad I did!!
Quickly became my favorite moisturizer
I was looking for an everyday moisturizer for my normal, acne-prone skin and I found it in this! It has a smooth, lightweight, deeply hydrating texture. Fragrance free, and is a generous 8 oz size. It absorbs quickly and leaves a soft glow. My breakouts have cleared up, and my skin texture is so much softer. I love how it wears under makeup too.
it's okay
I use this along with the cleanser and it's alright. My main issue is it don't fully dry down so when I layer it with makeup it pills off. It also leaves me very glowy but because of my oily t-zone it gets to be too much. I think it would be better to use this product at night instead of regular day usage. the consistency is also thicker and less watery than other moisturizers.
