Is this makeup completely latex free? Is the facility in which it was made completely latex free? Packaging latex free? My daughter has a severe latex allergy.

Hi, I have tested these out a million times in store and LOVE THEM, so I got today. My only issue is that I opened it up and the applicator didn't seem to be fully covered in product like when I opened them in store... is this normal when first opening a fresh one? It still went on like normal but usually it's like COVERED in product. Just wanna know if I should get a different one!!

Disappointed, especially for a Stilla product.
Stilla is my go-to and has been for years. Their products are never dissapoint me. Its a brand where I am always impressed with the quality and longevity of wear. This product is the only exception. First time i wore it, I used no primer and no setting spray. By the end of my work shift, the glitter was all over my face instead of my eyes. I figured primer and setting spray would help the second time trying it… nope. Within two hours it was a crumbly mess and the glitter looked dull. I wont even be giving this product away. Im simply throwing it in the garbage. Waste of money.
allergic reaction to perlina
had a burning sensation when applying perlina. my eyelids were very itchy and i had to take it off. the shade also didn't have the same payoff as when i swatched it. very patchy and sheer glitter, not as much of the white color i was expecting. i'll be returning it!
I wanted to love this product, but it burns!
I wanted to love this product. I love glitter and I want to be a sparkly unicorn. However, within seconds this was BURNING MY EYELID. I waited for it to fade, but it didn't. I will be returning it.

In the hunt for a sparkly eyeshadow. Stumbled upon the perlina shade and thought it was a perfect fit. When i swatched in store it kind of burned or tingled my hand swatch? I thought it couldn't be that, as I never have had a reaction. Assumed the reaction would be only on my hand and still ordered it. Am now seeing that others have had the same reaction when it comes to the shade PERLINA. I happily applied this to my eyelids and although the color is pretty, I realized I felt a burning/tingling sensation on parts of my eyelids. Even though the reaction went away Im very undecided on whether i want to apply this to my eyelids once again and have it on for a whole day. I only happened to wear the eyeshadow about an hour before taking it off. If anything my eyelids feel a bit sensitive but that is all. Will be returning sadly.
I would buy this over and over
I love this so much by itself or even with a smoky I look I always do a halo with glitter when I do a bold eyeshadow, and I put it in the corners of my eye to really brighten the look up
