The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

USE FOR FEET ONLY
I'm a licensed esthetician and highly recommend using this only on your feet, armpits and othet areas where you might get ingrowns! Yall…I wish I had pictures but this fixed my dry heels!!! If you have cracked heels you neeeeed this! I also used a heel file in the shower while using this a few times a week!

I bought to try out after the reviews I read and I'm glad I did. my skin feels better and appears clearer. I saw someone saw they put under their arms and stopped using deodorant so I gave it a go and I sure don't need to either lol won't be trying it out in the summer tho. Too risky. Anyway, buy it.
